Due to the customized nature of our diagnostic evaluations, costs vary depending on the nature and complexity of the client's needs. Contact us to request a free testing plan and estimate. After your appointment is scheduled, you will also receive a Good Faith Estimate, as required by law, for any diagnostic testing.

Payment Options
​For flat rate services, payment is due at the first appointment.
​
For diagnostic evaluations, ​50% of the total estimated service cost is due at the first scheduled appointment. The remaining balance is due at the feedback session.
A payment plan is available upon request for services of $500 or more. a $200 deposit is required at the first appointment, with the remaining balance charged over a 6-month or 12-month pay period with no interest. A credit card authorization for automatic payments is required to be on file for payment plans.​​​​​
Insurance
We are not able to accept medical insurance at this time. Most medical insurance does not provide reimbursement for educational testing services. However, a Superbill can be provided to you upon request after services are rendered. You can submit this documentation to your insurance provider to see if partial reimbursement is available. It is helpful to contact your carrier ahead of time to ask about their Out-of-Network coverage. You can ask if they cover evaluations in the area of concern (i.e, dyslexia, ADHD). They may ask for billing codes, and the most common billing codes we use for our diagnostic evaluations are: 90791, 96136, 96137, 96130, and 96131. Take note of any specific billing codes they may provide to you. We are happy to work with you to provide any documentation that may help.
